Al Ramzi Group custom clearance services covers all types of imported /exported goods and commodities, bulk stocks, special consignments and personal shipments. Here we have listed below some of the important information related to customs clearance in Middle East
Importing sea freight shipments:
If all the documents are in order, it takes a maximum of 3 working days to clear customs on sea freight shipments.
Importing air freight shipments:
This normally takes within 3 working days from the date of arrival for custom clearance.
Documentations:
For both sea and air import shipments, the following documents are required:
• Original Bill of Lading/Airway Bill
• Certificate of origin duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce in the country of origin
• Original Commercial Invoice duly attested from the Chamber of Commerce in
the country of origin
• Packing List
• SABER Certificate (wherever applicable)
• Digital authorization from the consignee in favor of the customs broker.
• Copy of the C.R. (Commercial Registration) of the Consignee.
